The story of Story Arts & Museum began with Fairyland Park in 1948. It was located in Marble, MN. This operated as a thriving tourist attraction until 1972 when Faith Wick transitioned from life-sized figures to doll-sized figures. Faith
became an internationally recognized designer and employed a large cottage industry of workers from 1980 to 2005. Individual visitors of all ages,
student groups, organizations, clubs, assisted living, and group homes enjoy the museum exhibits. The museum inspires sharing of story and
imagination.
